COMFORTABLE PLASTICS CO., LTD., established in December 2009, is a comprehensive enterprise specializing in OEM & ODM polyurethane products manufacturing located in Shunde, Foshan city.

 

The company has upgraded the facility at the end of 2019 by re-location and separate it into 2 factories, with 11 for PU production lines and 8 molded foam production lines, more advanced equipment including auto injection machine and auto spraying robot were upgraded and used since that. We were certified to ISO9001 in 2022, ISO14001 in 2023. We strictly control every production link, and win customers’ trust and support with excellent quality.

 

In past years, more than 65% of the products are used in furniture industry, 10% in auto parts, and nowadays also widely used in baby products, medical supplies, sports equipment, pet products and other industries. By using the material from the leading chemical companies like Huntsman, BASF, Dows, and Wanhua, our products meets the requirement of RoHS, REACH, CAL 117-2013, Prop 65 FR standard etc..
